CLUB UPDATES + NEWS

6/23/09: Hey peoples!
It's been awhile since our last big update. I wanted to sincerely apoligize for that! (But you should know, I never completely abandoned the club in my mind. The only reason I didn't update was because I didn't want to ruin our pretty journal skin. XP)

But now, without further ado, a super-special-awesome-huge-much needed club update:

✖ The member list has been updated and purged! All 'moved' accounts were deleted from the roster. Plus, many new members were added! To our new members, welcome to the ShadxAmy family!

But I did do it at a pretty quick-pace, so I'm sure there are many mistakes in need of fixing there. If you were accepted to join but don't see your icon on the 'Member' page, or, you asked to join and never got a reply, please leave a comment on the 'Member' page. I'll be sure to get back to you ASAP!
(And on a similar note: Only a few more members til' we reach our current member goal (see below). GO ADVERTISE, MY LOVELIES!)

✖ The gallery has been updated aswell, with more still needing to be submitted! If you sent a note with a submission before June 20, and still haven't gotten a reply or have seen your work posted in the gallery, please be sure to note us again! We might have missed you!

✖ The comics section will not be able to be updated until the club receives a subscription again. I deeply *deeply* apoligize for this, however, I really don't wanna ruin the page's format. ):/
However, one page comics and comic covers/prolouges will still be able to be posted in the gallery, as they always have been.

✖ As you can see, the club's subscription has run out. I'm pretty sure we can go on without one. But we'd be able to have access to more features if we do have one. If there is anyone out there who'd be willing to donate a subscription (amount doesn't matter, it's the thought that counts! XD), it'd be *most* appreciated!
If anything, I was hoping maybe we can do some sort of a community commission fundraiser. What do you think?

✖ We have a new page! 'The Feedback Bin'! Please be sure to check it out!

✖ Lately, we've been getting *ALOT* of favorites for our submissions. We'd like to give a friendly reminder that CLUB SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT TO BE FAVORITED unless we say otherwise. Links to the originals are provided in each description! It honestly shouldn't be to hard to clink an extra link, neh? ):/

(This next one is IMPORTANT!)

✖ I'm currently looking for extra club staff! This club is becoming alittle too hard for two peeps to handle, due to it's huge growing and activity rate! (Which isn't really a bad thing, lawl. XD)

I'm looking for members to take on the following jobs:
- Updating 'Members' page and replying to 'Join' messages/comments!
- Updating the Gallery and replying to 'Submission' messages!
- Updating 'Reasons' page and replying to 'Reasons' messages!
- Someone to help with the 'Rose Scale'! I'd really like to be able to bring this feature back, but I need help in order to do it! <3
- Organizer for the 'Feedback Bin' page!
- Sending reminder messages to members/deviants who have favorited one or more of our submissions.
- More ' Prize ' artists, aswell as members to help volunteer on the 'Club Art Trade' page!

If you are interested in volunteering in any of these jobs, or have something else that you believe you can help with in mind, please note the club. Thanks very much!
