one of the cases where a couple in fanon is the superior option from a storytelling point of view. I am a former sonamy fan and I can say i now stand behind shadamy 100%. I just see so much development that could have occurred from the interactions of these two. Shadow was originally a very sweet and kind person underneath all the bravado that was a mask in the first place! Unfortunately, the interaction in sa2 was never built upon and we're left with yet another wasted opportunity that this series seems to be enamored with😑
